From the moment you step off the local bus, emerging from the misty cloud forest and arriving in this vibrant Caribbean beach town, the party begins. Festivals here can last for days at a time, abundant with drumming of tambores and the tangy kick of ‘guarapita’ - the fruity local hooch. So captivating, it can be hard to leave!
