I want you to love your Nomad Print. Every piece is printed and mounted by hand, made to order for you, so please read these terms before purchasing.

Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your print must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, and if a print is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or faulty prints
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, I'll always put it right. Send me a photo of the print and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and I'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Made-to-order prints
Because each print is produced individually for your order, I'm not able to accept cancellations once production has begun. If something's wrong or you have any doubts, please contact me before returning anything and I'll help you sort it out.

How to start a return
Email me at adam@nomadprintsonline.com with your order number and I'll guide you through it. Please don't send anything back before contacting me. Returns should be sent to my studio: Calle Alt Empordà 17, Girona 17162, Spain.

Refunds
Once I've received and inspected your returned print, I'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is not covered.
