Here are some Frequently Asked Questions with corresponding answers to help you with any queries regarding choosing, ordering, receiving and enjoying your Nomad Prints.
What size are the prints?
Most prints are available via my website in 3 size options:
30 x 40cm
40 x 50cm
50 x 70cm
Do you make larger sizes?
Of course! Contact me for detailed info on large format pieces.
Are the prints 'original' / numbered editions?
All the prints for sale here are 'open edition'. That is to say there is not a limit on how many copies I will make of a single image.
How should I frame my print?
One the most popular features of the prints is their presentation. The white passepartout makes the image stand out and allows it to 'breathe. The outer dimensions of the passepartout are standard sizes, with an allowance of a couple of milmetres. Simply place your Nomad Print into whichever style of frame you choose.
How long are delivery times?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed within Europe will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping couriers do you use?
Almost always DHL or UPS. Depending which company offers the best service to your part of the world. Always registered post.
Returns/refunds?
I always aim to make sure customers love their prints, but if you do need to return an order, I'm happy to help. Just contact me directly and I'll take you through the process.
Social responsibility/ sustainability?
When you choose to support my little business instead of buying from the big online retailers you can feel proud that your choice is making a difference. Recycling and avoiding waste aren't fashion choices for a small business owner, they are essential for survival!
Will the colour fade?
Any print fades over time, especially if exposed to direct sunlight. If you have an early Nomad Print that has lost colour over the years I'm happy to replace it free of charge (you just pay for delivery costs).
